4.1 Making a Booking

Payment is due at the time upon exiting the studio. We accept zelle transfers, cash, and other payment methods as indicated on our website. All fees are in US dollars and exclude applicable taxes, which will be added at checkout.

4.3 Cancellation and Rescheduling

Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled start time will receive a full refund or credit toward future services. Cancellations made within 48 hours are non-refundable. Rescheduling is subject to availability and must be requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time.

4.4 Late Arrivals

If you arrive late for a scheduled session, the session will still end at the originally scheduled time. No refunds or credits will be given for time missed due to late arrival.

5. Studio Rules and Conduct

When using our facilities, you agree to:

• Treat all equipment with care and respect
• Report any damaged or malfunctioning equipment immediately
• Keep the studio clean and free of food and drinks near equipment
• Comply with all safety instructions and fire regulations
• Maintain a professional and respectful environment for all clients and staff
• Limit guests to those pre-approved and essential to your session

You agree NOT to:

• Use our facilities for any illegal purpose or activity
• Bring illegal substances or weapons onto the premises
• Smoke or vape inside the facilities
• Tamper with, modify, or attempt to repair any equipment
• Remove any equipment from the premises
• Engage in harassing, threatening, or disruptive behavior

We reserve the right to terminate any session and remove any person from our facilities for violation of these rules, with no refund issued.

6. Intellectual Property
